Self-Awareness - Certificate Course
Programme objective
- The Self-understanding programme aims to guide you to discover the dignity and value of your life, and to gain a deeper understanding of the unique qualities, gifts and mission that God has given you. No matter how complicated the world may be, you will be able to embrace life with confidence and live in harmony with others with love and hope, so that your life will blossom with God's glory!
- As Calvin said, "Self-knowledge not only inspires man to seek God, it also helps him to discover God." We invite you to join us in the Self-Knowledge course and join us in sorting out your life's journey, exploring your true self, and experiencing the One who transforms your life as you get to know yourself!

- Those seeking personal growth and self-awareness;
- (c) Improvers of family and marital relations.
- Helpers who expect to improve their helping skills;
- Married or single Christians.

Course operations
1、在每周出席工作坊之前, 请自行登陆此平台观看课程视频（3节视频，每节约15分钟）。
2、参加者须出席每周一次以小组交流的实体工作坊 （为时3小时)
3、 特别为远距离参加者安排以线方式进行的工作坊（为时3小时)
- 工作坊以互动工作坊的形式进行，导师将营造轻松、温暖的氛围，引导组员分享人生经历，并深入探讨生命中的各种议题。
- Through this process, you will gain a clearer understanding of the God-given uniqueness of each person and learn practical communication skills that will allow you to grow and benefit from your life in an enjoyable learning experience.
Programme
Lesson 1 "Intrinsic Motivation"
Understand the inner workings and dynamics of life and learn to interpret life positively.
Lesson 2 "Unique Temperament"
Explore your emotional intelligence and gifts and discover your God-given potential.
Lesson 3 "Self-image"
Review the course of your life with God's vision and recognise the uniqueness of your creation.

Lesson 4 "Man's Position"
Explore the roles and responsibilities of men from their created mission to their spiritual role.
Lesson 5: "A Woman's Position"
Understand the unique position of women in honoured created roles.
Lesson 6 "Cornerstones of Faith"
Reflect on your beliefs and be firm in your faith in Christ.
Lesson 7 "Making a Covenant with God"
exploring how to walk with God in the realities of their situation.
Live out His glorious plan.
Lesson 8 "Summary"
Review the course and award a certificate.
Course Instructor
Rev Dr. Francis Ngoi
- 资深的婚姻家庭治疗师和培训师，从事辅导工作40多年；新加坡绿洲丰盛家庭中心创办人及主任；伦敦家庭治疗协会家庭治疗师；曾任新加坡三一神学院and中华浸信会神学院讲师。
- Pioneered the Christian approach to family therapy, "Oasis Family Therapy", which promotes Christ-centred beliefs about marriage and family life, and has published more than 20 books on marriage and family.
Mr. Abel Xue
- 新加坡绿洲丰盛家庭中心副主任及家庭治疗师，中华浸信会神学院教会辅导学课程主任，卡尔杜国际机构课程导师.
- We are committed to promoting the concept of family life rooted in the Christian faith, and cooperate with local churches to cultivate marriage and family ministry co-workers and professional counsellors, so as to provide practical support and guidance for believers' marriages and families.
林霞老师
- 新加坡绿洲丰盛家庭中心家庭治疗师，新加坡邻里时光辅导中心主任，新加坡辅导协会PCM临床会员, 卡尔杜国际机构课程导师。
- 新加坡神学院辅导学文学硕士。接受过EFT（情绪取向治疗）临床培训，获得PREPARE/ENRICH辅导认证，具备根基教育MCS课程的家庭教育讲师资格。
- 注重将信仰融入到实际生活，在基督的恩典和真理中陪伴人一起成长
